Departmental Writing Requirement:

Students who major in Actuarial Science are required to take ONE of the following any semester after the first year.

• ENG 2206 - Creative Writing—Poetry
• ENG 2207 - Creative Writing—Fiction
• ENG 2208 - Advanced Composition
• ENG 2212 - Professional Communication
• PHI 3200 - Writing in Philosophy
• Any 3000 level History (HIS) course
