Part 106, McDaniel College (“McDaniel College” or “the College”) does not discriminate on the basis of sex in any of the College’s educational programming and activities.The College is committed to preserving an educational and employment environment that is free from sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating violence, domestic violence, stalking, gender-based discrimination, and gender-based harassment, in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws including Title IX, Title VII, the United States Department of Education and the 2013 Reauthorized Violence Against Women Act. Victim Rights Your Rights as a Crime Victim
As a victim of crime in Maryland you have certain rights.
