McDaniel College Policy Against Sex Discrimination and Grievance Procedures
In accordance with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, 20 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. and its implementing regulations, 34 C.F.R. Part 106, McDaniel College (“McDaniel College” or “the College”) does not discriminate on the basis of sex and prohibits sex discrimination in any education program or activity that it operates, as required by Title IX, including in admissions and employment. Specifically, sex discrimination applies to sex-based harassment, sexual violence, other sexual offenses, discrimination based on sex stereotypes, sex characteristics, pregnancy or related conditions, sexual orientation, gender identity, and parental, family, or marital status and retaliation.
