TSL 531 - First Language Acquisition for ESOL Teachers
Credits:3 This course examines the theory and practice of how individuals learn their first language. Participants will investigate the role of primary language development in teaching English to second language learners. Other topics of study include: emergent literacy, bilingual education, and parent/community involvement.
