HRD 530 - Strategic Planning

This course provides an overview of the planning processes needed to promote organizational survival, viability, and growth. Special attention will be paid to the integration of the organizational mission and objectives with the human resources function. The course will examine the role of global, regional, and industry business environment as well as internal culture and resources in determining the most effective strategies for organizational efforts.
