WRT 523 - Writing the Romance Novel II

Credits: 3
Prerequisites WRT 521 and WRT 522
This course explores how to structure a good romance story.  Course topics include classic plot structure, scene structure, time (pacing), voice, and theme.  Candidates will break down existing romance plots to see the structure behind them, analyze and experiment with their own plots, construct a synopsis of their story and critique other candidates’ synopses.
