THE 2206 - Stage Combat: Rapier/DaggerCredits: 4 Stage Violence is a specialized form of movement training but also an acting discipline that endeavors to develop technical skills along with the ability to successfully blend these skills with the overall “storytelling” process. This class will concentrate on comprehending and safely performing effective techniques of staged violence, using rapier and dagger. At the end of the course there is the possibility that the students will perform for, and be adjudicated by, a Fight Master of The Society of American Fight Directors in consideration for Certification.
