LGE 601 - Leading Global Strategy and Innovation Credits: 5 This course enables participants to explore linkages between their enterprise’s strategic plan, mission, vision, and culture of innovation, and emerging trends, organizational capabilities, and unmet market needs worldwide. Instruction will emphasize variations in strategic planning for successful local and international initiatives in ascending and descending global economies, and recognition of vital cross-border cultural cues. The course opens with a one-week introductory virtual residence that provides training in how to navigate the on-line learning environment and reviews individual leadership assessment reports with each student’s leadership coach and to introduce the concept and importance of technology assisted decision-making dashboards applied to evaluating alternative strategy solutions and managed innovation.
