KIN 541 - Interscholastic Athletic Administration & Supervision

This course will explore the fundamentals and methods of interscholastic athletic administration. Topics include philosophies of organizational structures, assessment of programs and personnel, competencies and performance expectations, the hiring process and in-service training, public relations, and social-emotional intelligence. Candidates will create a parent-athlete manual and a comprehensive handbook for personnel supervision.
