ANA 500 - Foundations of Data Analytics Credits: 3 Prerequisites STA-2215 or equivalent This course introduces fundamental techniques of data analysis, emphasizing complex and/or large data sets. Students will be introduced to common software and will begin to connect analysis technique with decision-making processes. Topics include the central limit theorem and normal family of distributions, hypothesis testing, analysis of variance, and basic regression analysis. Students completing this course will understand basic statistical inference and data manipulation.
