In this capstone course, candidates review current literature, Executive Core Qualifications, analyze their personal leadership styles, and demonstrate their competencies through the development of a professional portfolio. The portfolio will include a statement of philosophy and values, professional goals, activities, and artifacts that provide evidence of management and leadership skills in the public sector.
