ETM 557 - Capstone Research and Planning

The capstone course will provide methods for reflective practitioners to implement the principles of equity in their own professional settings. Topics include: an introduction to culturally relevant assessment techniques, refining of methods to collect data and practical case studies which provide models for how to collect data. Candidates will also practice the skills of critical reflection in analyzing key case studies and articles related to equity. Utilizing an Equity Literacy Framework, candidates will begin to apply these principles to their capstone project. Candidates will select from a variety of projects to complete their capstone project.
