ETM 535 - Coaching for Equity

This course will provide candidates with the knowledge and skills to facilitate systematic school-wide change through coaching for equity. They will leverage coaching tools, techniques, and stances in order to effectively engage a variety of stakeholders in learning-focused conversations designed to uncover and disrupt inequity at an individual, group, or structural level. Candidates will develop a coaching plan designed to transform the beliefs and practices of the coach (self) and a colleague or system.
