This course examines the role and purpose of Administrative Law within the role of the Public Administrator. The focus will be on the ethical, professional implementation and practice of the public law within the administrative agency. Topics include determining the organization’s power, duties of the public administrator, as well as the legal requirements governing the operations and protecting the rights of the citizens.
