HRM 520 - Organizational Change and Development Credits: 3 This course emphasizes the theory, research, and practice of long-term planned organizational change and development. This course will provide students with the fundamentals necessary to conduct and understand organizational diagnosis, action research, process consulting, planned and unplanned change efforts and the dynamics of organizations as they attempt to remain viable. Topics will include: organizational culture, power and team-building, strategic planning, group development, and empowerment.
