HRM 513 - Talent Development

This course provides an overview of current trends and developments in talent development relevant to a variety of organizational environments. Students will assess when and how to use various interventions and learn how to appropriately assess costs associated with return on investment and talent development programs. They will design, develop, implement, and evaluate talent development programs, and assess and utilize multiple technologies and delivery formats.
