EDL 530 - Advanced Mentoring for School Leaders

This 1-credit course for school administrators and teacher leaders will focus on the art of coaching and mentoring and include various techniques, strategies, and best practices for promoting professional growth, enhancing instructional methods, and nurturing a positive school culture. Course content will include effective communication, feedback, data-driven instructional planning, and the art of reflective practice. Candidates will build the capacity and confidence needed to provide guidance, motivation, and professional development to colleagues and staff, thereby enhancing student learning and driving positive change.
