Credits:4 The focus of this course is to foster the understanding and practical application of leadership. This will be accomplished through the use of affective and cognitive approaches. With the premise that the greatest leadership comes from “knowing thyself”, there is a strong emphasis on personal growth as it relates to core concepts of leadership.
