KIN 3320 - Psychology of Performance

This course extends beyond the foundational elements of KIN 2240: Psychology of Sport & Exercise to enhance the understanding of empirical and theoretical frameworks that inform the psychology of performance across a variety of domains (e.g., sport, exercise, school, music, tactical professions). Through engaged discussion, appraisal of scholarly literature, and performer observation, students will learn to both identify and apply psychological skills and strategies aimed to facilitate peak performance and personal excellence.
