Army ROTC students plan for service in the Military by exploring the Army’s three Components of service and seventeen Basic Branches, guided by purposeful coursework and one-on-one coaching and mentoring. Leveraging the Army’s Talent Based Branching process, students will identify the Component that best meets their career aspirations and align their unique talents with the unique talent priorities of each Basic Branch. They will learn to write their best resumes, meet with alumni and other Army professionals, conduct interviews, and ultimately select which Basic Branch they desire to enter as they prepare for their next steps after graduation and commissioning.
