This course provides an overview of the challenges and opportunities of managing in a global business environment. Students will explore how cultural, political, and institutional differences impact management practices across countries. Key topics include cross-cultural communication, leadership styles, international human resource management, global strategy, ethical decision-making, and corporate social responsibility.
