This graduate-level course is designed for educators and administrators who seek to advance their ability to effectively facilitate group interactions, manage group dynamics, and navigate conflict in educational settings. Participants will explore key theories and practical strategies for fostering productive collaboration, improving interpersonal communication, and resolving conflicts constructively. Through case studies, role playing and hands-on exercises, learners will develop critical skills to lead diverse teams, support positive school cultures, and address challenges in both small and large group settings.
