This course empowers principals and teacher leaders to foster a data-driven culture within their school system. Participants will delve into diverse data sources, data analysis and interpretation techniques, and develop strategies to leverage data for improved instruction, enhanced student learning, and informed decision-making at all levels. This course emphasizes effective communication of data findings to stakeholders, including teachers, parents and the school board, through clear, concise language and impactful visualizations.
