This course will provide an overview of research methods used by HRD professionals within the context of key business and organizational decision-making processes. Students will be introduced to the research process, ethics in business research, quantitative and qualitative research designs, data collection and analysis, sampling, measurement scales and questionnaires, and how to present results in oral and written reports for business.
