KIN 1010 - Activity: YogalatesCredits: 0.5 Fusion of yoga and Pilates. Yogalates follows the traditional fitness format of warm-up, workout and cool down as well as deep relaxing stretches and final relaxation. Students will learn how to incorporate breathing exercises, yoga postures and traditional Pilates exercises to improve abdominal strength, posture, and overall body strength and balance.
