PUA 520 - Project Management in the Public Sector

This course will provide students with the conceptual framework and practical tools to successfully implement a project. Specific topics include managing project scope, understanding what is required organizationally to implement a project in a generic context, identifying and defining needed skills in addressing changes in project scope, schedule or costs. Assignments focus on creating project management documents and systems.
