PUA 537 - Public Organizational Theory and Analysis

This course is designed to expose students to the foundations of organizational theory and its applications in public sector and non-profit organizations. Viewing organizations as complex social systems, students will explore management theories and organizational behavior principles. Topics will include leadership, motivation, conflict and conflict resolution, communication and teamwork, and organizational change.
