This course examines leadership in both public and non-profit organizations. It provides a review of leadership theories (from the classic to the modern) in relation to various competencies, cycles, and practices. The core focus is on an enhanced understanding of the theoretical and applied approaches to leadership from the perspectives of subordinates, superiors, colleagues, and various stakeholders.
