This course examines a range of communication skills required in Public Administration. The core focus is the communication process for the dissemination of information as well as emergency management (crisis situations), working effectively with the media (including the marketing of services), persuading decision makers to enact changes and assessing internal strategies to enhance cooperation and collaboration.
