Many scholars and top leaders in both government and private enterprise acknowledge a crisis in global leadership. To address these concerns and to provide solutions, the Center for Leadership in Global Enterprise was established at McDaniel College in 2008 to promote activities and assist organizations to improve leadership decision making in the global enterprise. One of the very few graduate/postgraduate programs that is leadership focused in order to fast forward business leaders to catch up with today’s radically different and changing business environment offered at an unsurpassed value price.
- 10 months, 4 courses w/4 virtual residencies, 20-credit graduate/postgraduate program. Each course only 8 weeks. Each course has an additional one week virtual residency focused on decision-making tools and techniques.
- Only on-site needs assessment to customize program for corporate and government partners.

Admission Requirements
Candidate admission requirements include:
- no less than ten years of middle and upper-level leadership experience;
- submission of Application for Graduate Study;
- submission of official transcript verifying completion of an undergraduate four-year degree from an accredited college or university;
- submission of a three-page, critical self-assessment of leadership career milestones and leadership areas the candidate is seeking to strengthen through the program;
- one recommendation each from a senior supervisor and a peer;
- and a personal interview.
