This course is designed to increase/enhance the students understanding and awareness of strength training and conditioning. This course will briefly cover the most significant exercise principles related to strength training and conditioning. Primarily, this course will cover the key principles of the design, administration, evaluation and techniques of an efficient and effective strength training and conditioning program.
