• MAT 2224 - Fundamentals of Mathematics
• MAT 3112 - Intermediate Math Modeling
• MAT 3201 - Data Analysis
• MAT 3304 - Differential Equations
• MAT 3391 - Mathematics Problems Seminar (Four hours are required. This will necessitate taking the course in two different semesters.)
• MAT 4201 - Capstone in Applied Math-Data Analysis
• MAT 4405 - Real Analysis I
• MAT 4406 - Abstract Algebra

Departmental Writing:

Students who major in Applied Mathematics - Data Analysis Specialization are required to take MAT-3391 and ONE of the following courses any semester after the first year.

• ENG 2208 - Advanced Composition
• ENG 2212 - Professional Communication
• PHI 3200 - Writing in Philosophy
• Any 3000 level History (HIS) course
