ETM 535 - Coaching for Equity

This course will provide candidates with the knowledge and skills to facilitate systematic school-wide change through coaching. They will apply coaching tools, techniques, and stances to effectively engage various stakeholders in enriching conversations that uncover and disrupt inequity at an individual, group or structural level. Candidates will develop a coaching plan designed to transform the beliefs and practices of the coach (self) and a colleague or system.
