BIO 2225 - EndocrinologyCredits: 4 A study of the mammalian endocrine system with emphasis on humans. Topics include gross anatomy, histology, functions of the endocrine organs, and a detailed examination of diseases of the endocrine system. Consideration is given to the hormones as signals within regulatory systems, and frequent reference is made to experimental methods in endocrinology. Prerequisite(s) BIO-1111 and BIO-1117
